Ann  Arbor, Michigan - The Huron River
Rising in Springfield Township in northern Oakland County and running for 130 miles, the Huron River passes through Ann Arbor on its way to Lake Erie.   This shot was taken on an early morning walk along Huron River Drive.  The white birches and Burr Oaks with their brown leaves provide stunning contrast to the otherwise barren post-winter trees.
